Claude Code
Describe what you want to build. The ATFGraph plugin uses the same atfg commands you can run yourself, with your signed-in identity and permissions.
Check the plugin
claude plugin list
Look for enabled atfg@atfgraph-local. The installer registers a bundled local marketplace and installs the plugin at user scope. Restart Claude after installation or upgrade.
If Claude was installed after ATFGraph, on Homebrew run:
brew postinstall fclimited/atfgraph/atfgraph
For other installation routes, rerun the installer. You do not need the old claude plugin add instruction or a separate pilot marketplace.
Build from a prompt
Open Claude in a clean parent directory, outside any existing node:
mkdir -p ~/atfgraph-workspaces/first-node
cd ~/atfgraph-workspaces/first-node
claude
Create a hello-world node in team sandbox, project pilot.
Add a greet skill that takes a name and returns a greeting.
No model calls. Give it its own directory, tests and smoke input.
Run atfg build and stop before deploying.
Ask me for another name if hello-world already exists.
Claude should check your account and team, reuse or create the project, scaffold with atfg new, write the node and pass atfg build. It should use the managed SDK; a failed system-Python import is not evidence that the installed SDK is missing.
When ready, ask Claude to deploy to dev, run the greeting once, and report the run ID and output. Tell it to stop on failure without changing versions or retrying automatically.

Use the CLI approval queue when a human decision is needed. Claude's coding calls use your Claude account; the example greeting itself uses no model.
